PAST EVENTS
This event is both a showcase of Skiing is Believing & our partner orgs, while also serving as a fundraiser for our 501(c)3 Foundation. The event will be ticketed & will include a number of competitions in a variety of sports & physical activities featured in SIB camps & coaching programs. Sports will include but not be limited to archery, lacrosse, football, basketball, volleyball & golf. There will be winners for each sport & an overall winner. Demos of other sports featured in our seasonal coaching programs: mountain biking, inline skating & one wheeling, will also be on site and available to try in certain instances. Non profit orgs where children volunteer in our camps, as well as those who send children to our programs, will be featured & available to speak with attendees. Sport partners, who help us provide infinite variety in our day camps, will also be at the event. Food & drink will be on site & available for purchase.

When: Friday, November 3rd 2023, 6 pm - 10pm
Where: South 40
Join us as we fundraiser for some of our favorite community partners & charities! ALL proceeds from this event benefit 5 local charities, all of whom happen to be non-profit & community service partners of our organization! Check it out; come eat, drink, dance, enjoy some music, hop in the photo booth & socialize with friends as we celebrate community & charity!

Skiing is Believing's 1st annual Sports Fest!
When: Sunday, May 7th 2022, 12 pm - 5pm
Where: Rancho San Rafael Park - Pagoda Pavilion
This event is both a showcase of our organization & our partner orgs while also serving
as a fundraiser for our 501(c) 3 Foundation. Registrants compete / participate in a number of sports & physical activities that are often introduced, featured and practiced in our camps and programs. Each sport will test simple skills related to the game / sport rather than a full on game of the sport. The event will also feature live demos and small clinics of other sports and physical activities that SIB promotes and offers.
Additionally, there will be tables for many of our community and non profit partners to promote their own orgs. Prizes will be on hand for the winners of each sport station and a general raffle for attendees.

When: May 25th, 2022 5pm - 8 pm

This event will be the first of its kind for Skiing is Believing. Since our organization was founded, we have worked with over 75+ organizations in our community to implement our mission of promoting, supporting & easing access to (SNOW) sports. The purpose of this event is to get all of our partner organizations, of every type, all in one room at the same time, to network, think, create and also celebrate our accomplishments together over the years while looking ahead to an even brighter future! ALL Skiing is Believing constituents are welcome to come: partner organizations, non profit partners, location partners, independent coaches, parents, families and just general Skiing is Believing supporters. Food and drink will be available to attendees. This is a ticketed event but NOT a fundraiser. Tickets will help us cover SOME of the costs associated with the space rental plus the vendors. Registration for this event will soon be available on our website.

This ticket is valid one per person for the SIB Social, on May 25 from 5-8pm at The Alpine Event Center. Children are welcome but do not need to register.
The cost goes towards covering event overhead. This is NOT a SIB fundraiser.
Tickets will be $20 at the door.
