This digital product includes one week of three online, live sessions for 30-90 minutes each.*
Registrant chooses week(s). May 4th - June 26th.
Live sessions will be held on Monday, Wednesdays & Fridays.*
11 am & 4 pm.
If live sessions can't be attended, a pre-recorded session & program will be sent digitally with instructions. **
Workouts & training program are geared toward snow sports but are also beneficial for general athleticism & overall improved fitness.
Minimal equipment required.
*Zoom app is required for live participation.
**Waivers must be completed, & emailed prior to attending live sessions or receiving pre recorded sessions.
