Mountain Fitness - Adults - Single Day
Mountain Fitness: AGES 18+
*This item is for a SINGLE CLASS of the participant's choice.
Adult mountain fitness is a 4 week program consisting of 8 progressive classes, once or twice a week. All classes will be conducted at Upstate Nevada.
Time: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM.
A fitness program preparing adults with exercises specifically geared to mountain sports, specifically the flagship sports of Skiing is Believing / Biking is Believing: skiing/snowboarding and biking. Agility, balance, cardiovascular endurance, coordination, stability, muscular stamina, and strength will be the focus. This program is meant to prepare individuals with exercises specifically geared to improving fitness as it relates to the alpine environment, whether it is the endurance and strength to get up the hill, or the balance, agility, and coordination to get down the hill, no matter what is on your feet. Attendees will leave with tools to utilize at home to improve their own fitness outside of the program. No equipment is required.
*Perfect attendance is not mandatory. Attendees can miss weeks as needed. However, no refunds or make-ups for missed weeks.
*Schedule is subject to change due to adverse weather, wind, air, snow conditions, and or COVID-related issues.
*Refunds are not available due to changes in weather, air quality, sick or missed days, or other factors out of SIB control.
*If there is a change of schedule or cancellation SIB will promptly notify registrants via email, text, and then phone.
*Prior to the program beginning, participants will receive an email with specific details regarding the time & meeting location details.

* SIB is not responsible for missed classes & is not required to offer make up classes.
*Spots are limited. A $20 non-refundable but transferable fee applies to all program registrations. Cancelations within one week are not subject to any refunds but will receive full credit.
