This week will challenge your child/children to become more aware and intentional with their movements. Through a diverse range of activities from gymnastics to martial arts and weightlifting, your child will be exposed to different strategies, speeds, and sorts of movement.
Monday, July 19: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Tuesday, July 20: Leadership & Ropes Course at Project Discovery
PICK-UP & DROP-OFF @ Project Discovery at Sky Tavern
Wednesday, July 21: Community Service at Canine Rehabilitation Center & Service
PICK-UP & DROP-OFF @ CRCS
Thursday, July 22: Weightlifting and Functional Fitness
PICK-UP & DROP-OFF @ Reno Powerhouse Fitness
Friday, July 23: Gymnastics & Yoga
PICK-UP & DROP-OFF @ South Valleys Park (Steamboat Pavilion)
9 am to 3 pm daily. Transport & lunch not provided. Parent pick up & drop off at each location.
All waivers must be submitted prior to the start of camp.
Spots are limited.
This week of the program is available for 8-14 year-olds.
$50 non-refundable fee applies to all purchases.
