fall break 23' camp takes place october 2nd - 6th. as always, it features a variety of sports & community service activities meant to challenge children physically and mentally. this years full week of fall break camp is for children ages 8-14 with select days (m,W & Th) available for ages 5-7.

Tuesday, October 3rd: Inline Skating & Mountain Biking w SIB Staff @ Sky Tavern
Wednesday, October 4th: Community Service w. Spread the Word Nevada @ Spread the Word
Thursday, October 5th: Triathlon Day w Pac West Endurance @ Sierra Vista Park
Friday, October 6th: Powerboards & Balance Boards w SIB Staff @ Hidden Valley Regional Park
Other details:
Camp runs October 2nd - 6th from 9a-3p daily. Ages 8-14. Some days are available for single day registrations for 5-7 year olds. Transport and lunch not provided. Parent pick up & drop off at each location. Extended care will be available as an add-on and separate online registration item.
EQUIPMENT:
For Tuesday children are required to have their own equipment for skating and biking. Helmets, knee and elbow pads are required for both and wrist guards are required for skating. f your child does not have their own equipment for these sports it can be provided; if so please email camps@skiingisbelieving.org ASAP to arrange for any type of equipment. Children do not need a balance board, one wheel or long board for Friday but if they have their own protective gear they should bring it.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR CAMPS
Since Skiing is Believing began our youth programs in 2018, camps have always been offered throughout the year based off of the Washoe County School District calendar. They typically coincide with fall, winter, spring, and summer breaks, plus single day holidays. We offer a wide variety of sport and community service opportunities. A usual day of camp runs from 9am - 3pm at a different location depending on sport or activity. Additional information specific to each camp is provided on registration page. Campers can sign up for a whole week, or single days, within any week, or weeks. Discount codes and early bird specials are always offered to those who subscribe to our newsletter.
Our camps offer a lot of individualized attention to our campers. We are proud to offer coaching in every sport and activity we offer, as well as very favorable ratios of adults and coaches to children. Your child will NOT get lost in any madness or chaos at Skiing is Believing, only lost in all of the excitement and fun!
