During this one day mountain bike program, women will learn, practice and be introduced to the skills and positions that will make them a better more confident rider. Attendees will learn from an all-female BICP-certified bike staff, while surrounded by other supportive women who also want to improve their skills on two wheels. Learn the fundamentals or improve what you already know on the extensive trail systems in Truckee. Women will learn and practice proper body position, bike mechanics, technique & tactics to tear down and across the mountain confidently like the bad boss that you are! Progressions will be introduced to enable female athletes to both learn and practice under the guise of expert female riders. This clinic is available for women of all skill levels and will be catered to varying abilities if needed. This clinic is a one day version of our longer 3 week progressive sessions.
EQUIPMENT:
Athletes must* bring their own mountain bikes and helmets. Helmets, knee & elbow pads are required.

* SIB is not responsible for missed classes & is not required to offer make up classes.

*Spots are limited. A $50 non-refundable but transferable fee applies to all program registrations. Cancelations within one week are not subject to any refunds but will receive full credit.
