"Using the garden as a backdrop and driving force, children participate in lessons that include science, art, social & emotional learning, leadership, service and physical fitness. Children learn about healthy eating as they plant, tend to, harvest, and prepare a wide variety of nutrient-rich fruits and veggies. Ultimately, the skills developed through our garden are transferable to other areas of life and help children set in place healthy habits that will carry into adulthood." - Farmily
