MOUNTAIN FIT - FALL
AGES: 8-18
A fitness program preparing individuals with exercises specifically geared to mountain sports, specifically the flagship sports of Sky Tavern: skiing/snowboarding and biking. Agility, balance, coordination, stability, muscular endurance, and strength will be the focus. This program is meant to prepare individuals with exercises specifically geared to improving fitness as it relates to the alpine environment whether it is the endurance and strength to get up the hill, or the balance, agility, and coordination to get down the hill no matter what is on your feet. No equipment is required.
This program is available in the AM & or PM on varying days. Please select your first-time choice & if it is already full, or if the minimum # of registrants is not reached for that particular time slot, you will be moved to the other time slot on that day or receive a credit.

Registration for this program will close on Thursday night the week of the program. Prior to the program weekend, parents will receive an email with waivers as well as the time & meeting location details prior to their selected class date.
Spots are limited. A $25 non-refundable fee applies to all registrations.
DISCLAIMER: If the minimum # of registrations is not met for a specific date or time slot, you will be asked to move to the AM or PM slot on the same day, or receive a credit towards any other SIB program in the future or a refund (excluding the $25 non-refundable fee).
